Colouring-in Competition Kit

Ideally suited to books for children, this is a promotional method of getting the title of your book into the hands of children ages 5 to 13. You will also reach out and touch the parents, teachers, care-givers, grandparents and many others in the process. A highly successful promotional method of reaching children with your book.

If you order a Colouring-in Competition Kit for your book:

1. We will donate a gift-wrapped copy of your book as a prize to the competition winner
2. We will arrange for our Art Department to design a Colouring-in Poster with a large illustration relative to the content and/or cover of your book.
3. We will prepare a special webpage linked to your site (or to ours if you have none) to promote the competition for its duration (usually three months). This website will then be changed to one that advertises the winner and continues to promote your book.
   The website can have either US or UK spelling (Coloring-in Vs Colouring-in).
4. Competition Entrants may download a copy of the entry-form and the Colouring-in Poster from the website and mail it to us before the competition closes.
5. You may wish also to download the entry-form and the Colouring-in Poster from the website and print multiple copies to share with your local school or public library, or to give away at a book-signing or other event.
6. We will arrange for someone from our art department to do the judging and select a winner.
7. Our administration office will handle all the necessary paperwork including co-ordinating the promotion, collating entries, arranging the judging, advising the winner and keeping the webpage up-to-date, including posting a copy of the winning entry on the website.
8. Completed entry forms become the property of the author and may then be used for further advertising of the book even long after the competition closes.
9. We will keep you updated on the progress of the competition up until its closing date.
10. If the winner is in your geographical area you may wish to create an event around the giving of the prize otherwise we will send it to the winner by mail.

The only cost to you is an all-inclusive administration fee of $30.00 per competition.
