George Bradford Patterson II is a North American, originally from
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, presently residing in the Philippines.
He is a Ph. D. Candidate in Language Education in the College of Education
[Language Education Area in the Division of Curriculum & Instruction],
University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City 1101, Metro Manila,
Philippines.
He has a Masters Degree in Language Education with a Concentration in
Teaching English as a Second Language from Rutgers - the State University of New
Jersey; a BA in Religion from Temple University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
; and another post graduate major in Spanish specialisation in Latin American
Spanish and Studies in the Latin American Studies Semester Program from Temple
University .
Patterson is a published poet, short story writer, and essayist, and has
travelled, written, and studied extensively throughout Asia, Latin America, and
the Caribbean.
My books of poems and short stories pertain to nature, human rights, justice,
and peace.
