Debbie was a bee, a small but energetic bee. She enjoyed her work and took great pride in it.

Every morning she set out to the orchards and fields that surrounded her hive, looking for flowers full of sweet pollen. When she found them, she gathered as much pollen as she could and carried it back home to the hive.

One fine day she decided that she would try looking further afield.

But things did not turn out as she had planned. When Debbie became lost she asked the animals for help, and help did come — but in a most unexpected way!
