Rosiland Miller, former college teacher for thirty-five years, now acting as career guidance for students also held seminars and workshops on career development at Loyola College.
Miller wrote a Resume Format for Equal Opportunites Act that was responsible for her first position at the University level.
Through a Maryland state grant Miller worked with the "Head-Start" start program for women seeking career development preparing them to enter professional fields.
She is member of Who’s Who of American Women, Who’s Who, and American Association of University Professors.
She was given an award from International Women’s Year for Outstanding Contribution to Women, and assisted in developing the career center at University of Baltimore.
