Grace Brooks was born in 1945 in Kirkland Lake, Ontario, Canada. Currently she lives in The Pas, Manitoba, with her husband and two dogs. She is active in her church. When she is not writing, her favorite passtimes include swimming, hiking, and bicycling. She loves animals. Her previous books include a collection of poetry and children's books titled The Asquinn Series (available from this bookstore) and A Dog for Keeps.
