What is Taking Charge of Your Health?
It is over 30 international health experts giving advice in seven exciting, interactive programmes with a blend of technology and personal facilitation. Each programme gives practical solutions and information for making positive changes that will improve the quality of life.
The programme is uniquely tailored to:

What are the benefits?
This life management seminar focuses specifically on your health and the health of your family. Taking Charge of Your Health is a combination of discovering reliable information, and interactivity that focuses on practical application. The seminar explores all aspects of health and how they interrelate. It avoids popular fads and gimmicks. It puts you "in charge" of your health.
For example, a person can have the best exercise programme and eat a balanced and nutritious diet, but be very unhappy and unhealthy because their emotional, or relational or spiritual health (or a combination of these) is neglected. All of these interact and impact on our overall health and wellbeing.
In a world of conflicting health information, don’t abandon the care of your health to others. Take charge! You be responsible for your health. This seminar series will help you make wise decisions, implement them and stick with them.
How much does it cost?
The seminar cost is only $2 per session, and participants can avail themselves of the support services that will be available.
